Especially with industrial ventilation applications in mind we have developed a cleaning device that cleans the entire matrix in just one revolution.The Heatex Clean Blade uses pressurized air to push the contaminants out of the matrix into the leaving air. It is positioned on the rotor’s exhaust/contaminated air inlet side. It pushes the contamination through the rotor and out into the leaving air. A typical application is spray booth ventilation.

A cleaning device for rotary heat exchangers is an essential tool designed to maintain the heat exchanger’s optimal performance and efficiency.
Rotary heat exchangers, also known as rotary air-to-air heat exchangers or rotary heat wheels, transfer heat between two air streams in various industrial and commercial applications.
Over time, these exchangers can accumulate dirt, dust, and other contaminants, reducing efficiency and increasing energy consumption and wear.
Therefore, it is essential to keep the heat transfer matrix clean. However, the cleaning device itself requires very little maintenance.
The pressure regulator’s white filter is visible from the outside and should be changed when it becomes discolored by contamination.
Any humidity is collected in the filter regulator. The water will automatically trickle out if the air pressure to the pressure regulator is shut off.
